Diploma, Advanced Diploma and Graduate Diploma in Maritime Management are being withdrawn. The last available series to sit the assessment for these qualifications is December 2024.

Programme Objectives:

The ICM qualifications in Human Resource Management prepare Learners to undertake a variety of roles in human resource development, employee relations, training and organisational learning, HR operations and wider people-management functions.

Following successful completion of the qualification, Learners could:

• Further studies in human resource management, organisational development, business administration, or related professional disciplines at higher education or advanced professional levels

• Progress in HR-related roles through continued professional development, including positions in employee relations, HR advisory services, talent management, training and development, and organisational learning

• Seek employment opportunities within HR, training and development, employee relations, business law compliance, organisational communication, and broader people management fields
