Learner Registration Fees
The annual Learner Registration fee for standard ICM qualifications and programmes is £40 GBP.
Qualification Entry Fees
If there are any changes to ICM fees these will be in line with our existing policy and 6 months notice will be given.

Competency Based Qualification Fees
ICM Level 2 Certificate in Laundry Services: £80
Exemption fees are charged at the same rate as Qualification Entry fees, depending on which course a Learner is undertaking.
Centre Approval Fees
There is a fee of £15.00 Pounds Sterling, per subject, should you wish to defer any examinations to another series due to extenuating circumstances. Please refer to the ICM Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations policy document. In summary, if you are unable to undertake your examination/s, it is essential you advise ICM in writing at least 24 hours before the date of the examination, otherwise the full entry fee may be applicable. Should you be deferring due to ill health, you will need to provide ICM with a copy of your medical certificate . ICM will not be responsible for any charges that may be levied in this respect.
Examinations passed on a Single Subject basis within a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Graduate Diploma will not entitle the Learner to a professional qualification. The Learner would need to be exempted from, or have previously completed, all lower levels of that qualification. To apply for the conversion of Single Subject passes into a professional qualification, the applicant must complete the appropriate form and return it to ICM, together with the fee of £20.00 Pounds Sterling. The conversion form is available from your ICM Approved Centre.
Emigration services Learner validation of academic history
ICM are able to provide validation of Learners academic history to emigration services and institutes of higher education, including copies of qualifications, upon request. An administration fee is payable by the Learner for each request. Learners are required to provide their approval in order for ICM to issue academic history documentation to emigration services or institutes of higher education. Where a physical letter is required to be sent, for example to the World Education Services (WES) a fee of 100(GBP) is payable which includes the courier fee. Where electronic confirmation of academic history is required, for example and email confirmation is sent to WES or a university, a fee 25(GBP) is payable.
Registration and Examination Entry fees can be paid by any one of the following methods:
- Sterling Bank Draft – must be made payable to ICM
- Sterling Postal Order – must be made payable to ICM
- Sterling Cheque (if drawn on a UK Bank) – Cheques must be made payable to ICM
- Bank transfers – all payments to be made in Pounds Sterling (£).
