Getrude Nyarko

Ghana

Getrude runs the ICM office in Accra, Ghana, and is a self motivator and team player.

She has an MA in Business Management from Liverpool University.

Michael Agyei Rubbaman

Michael Agyei Rubbaman

Ghana

Michael is a professional teacher, certified by the University of Cape Coast and has 3 years' teaching experience.

Prior to joining ICM as a Country Coordinator for Ghana, Michael worked in the UK for two years with Banks and insurance companies.

Michael’s academic achievements include an International Honours Group Diploma in Business Administration, awarded by Cambridge International College (CIC) UK, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism Management from the University of Cape Coast.

He also holds a certificate from the Ghana Stock Exchange, having completed a securities program.

Ephraim Denteh

Ephraim Denteh

Ghana

Before joining the ICM team in Accra, Ghana, Ephraim was a teacher for 3 years and also worked at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

He achieved a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Social Work) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and holds a Professional Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’  awarded by  University of Cape Coast.

Myat Lay brings 12 years' experience of working in the British Council, Yangon, to her role as Country Coordinator for ICM in Myanmar.

She is experienced in managing education fairs, working together with the Education Ministry in Myanmar for various educational development projects and in working together with education practitioners, particularly from UK universities, in delivering capacity development workshops for public education sector.

Isaac Gcina Dladla

Isaac Gcina Dladla

Swaziland

Isaac is a qualified teacher specialising in Geography and Environmental Science.

In 2006 he was awarded the exclusive Chevening, British Council Scholarship to pursue his studies for an MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Auditing and Environmental Management Systems from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK. He also has a passion for Geographical Information and Remote Sensing and has a Certificate in this field from the University of Twente, Netherlands. He also holds a Master of Business administration specialising in Organisational Leadership from the University of Zambia.

Mr Dladla is also an accomplished team leader and problem solver, with exceptional communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
