All spreadsheets and fees must be received at the ICM offices on the closing date above (Learners must check with their Centres for internal deadlines, as these will be prior to the ICM closing dates). Sanctions will be applied for late or incomplete Learner registration and examination entry forms or fees. Please refer to our Sanctions Policy for more information.
Access Arrangements Deadlines
ICM facilitate reasonable adjustments to assessment in line with our Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration Policy and Procedure downloadable here. The deadlines for access arrangements are as follows:

Soft Copy Results Dates
March 2025 series - soft copy results issued to ICM Approved Centres on the 11th June 2025.
June 2025 series - soft copy results issued to ICM Approved Centres on the 10th September 2025.
September 2025 series - soft copy results issued to ICM Approved Centres on the 10th December 2025.
December 2025 series - soft copy results issued to ICM Approved Centres on the 11th March 2026.
Learners are advised to contact the ICM Approved Centre for soft copy results.
Enquiries About Results (EAR)
Enquiries about Results (EAR) are of two types and apply to ICM Professional Qualifications and Single Subject Qualifications. These are either a ‘priority review of marking’ or a ‘review of marking’ as detailed below. The fee(s) will be refunded in full should the grade increase, for more information about EAR please refer to the Enquiries About Results (EAR) policy document.

Certification Dates

September 2025 series - hard copy results (certificates and transcripts) issued to ICM Approved Centres on or before 14th January 2026.
