The ICM Level 2 Award in Psychology (RQF)is an exciting new qualification which focuses on contemporary research and current issues to engage Learners through hands-on practical work, debate and independent study. It places ethical and social issues at the core of the qualification and explores areas of psychology including social psychology (prejudice and discrimination), biological psychology (sleep and dreaming) and conducting research. This qualification has been designed and reviewed by teachers of psychology, psychology Learners and assessment subject experts.

Scheme of Work
The following suggested scheme of work covers the Teaching Content for ICM Level 2 Award in Psychology (RQF). It offers a flexible, weekly guide to teaching and learning and is intended to be used alongside ICM’s Online Teaching Resources.

The ICM Level 2 Award in Psychology (RQF) is typically taught over 28 weeks (with GLH of one hour per week) from September 2023 or alternatively, it can be taught from January 2024 over 14 weeks (with GLH of two hours per week). To register Learners for September 2023, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the commencement of teaching.
ICM facilitate reasonable adjustments to assessment in line with our Reasonable Adjustment and Special Consideration Policy and Procedure downloadable here. The deadlines for access arrangements are as follows:
