Retail Management
Programme Objectives:
To provide prospective business and management learners with a body of knowledge which will:
- Increase their employment opportunities within the framework of retail management
- Prepare them for supervisory and management careers in retail, commerce and industry
- Provide them with a qualification which will enable them to progress to higher level general management or specialised business programmes at a later stage in their business or academic careers.
The ICM Retail Management programme is also suitable for working supervisors and managers who require retail qualifications for career advancement or promotion purposes.
Notice of Withdrawal of Professional Qualification: Retail Management
The Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Retail Management has been withdrawn. All examinations, including re-sits, must be undertaken by the December 2020 Examination Series.

Course Structure:
The Certificate in Retail Management – Part 1
The ICM Certificate in Retail Management is awarded on completion of all Part 1 subjects.
The Diploma in Retail Management – Part 2
The ICM Diploma in Retail Management is awarded on completion of all Part 1 and Part 2 subjects.
The Advanced Diploma in Retail Management – Part 3
The ICM Advanced Diploma in Retail Management is awarded on completion of all Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 subjects.
