Barista Skills Qualification
Qualification Objectives:
- Provide competency-based skills qualifications in Barista Skills that combine both subject knowledge and industry experience essential for the Learner’s development and career advancement.
- Equip Learners with the skills, knowledge and understanding necessary to demonstrate occupational competence as a barista at entry-level (Level 2) and senior/supervisory level (Level 3).
- Provide opportunities for Learners to develop the skills, techniques and personal attributes essential for successful working lives within the hospitality industry.
Unit Descriptors:
Each unit can be taken on a single subject basis, upon successful completion Learners would receive a single subject Award or single subject Certificate dependent on the unit.
