Sharing Best Practices: ICM Centre Training Webinars 2022

To support our ICM Approved Teaching Centres and to ensure best practices are shared in delivering ICM qualifications, ICM will be conducting free, monthly, live, and online Training Webinars for ICM Approved Centre staff.  ICM would like to invite all our Centre staff to attend the Training Webinars detailed below.

‘ICM in 2022’

This webinar aims to provide further information regarding the outcomes of your feedback as detailed in the ICM 2022 Centre Letter which has been sent to your Centres by email. This webinar is a starting point for the following webinars where we invite your feedback on ICM qualifications and how ICM operated during the COVID-19 outbreak.

 

By the end of this webinar, attendees will:

·        Be confident in the knowledge and variation of ICM’s new products, Competency Based Qualifications (CBQs) and ICM Endorsed Qualifications

·        Understand how Centre feedback shapes the decision-making process at ICM

·        Be aware of the importance of sharing best practices and using ICM resources such as the Centre sharepoint

 

ICM Approved Centre Staff, particularly those involved in the quality assurance and strategic planning are strongly advised to join this webinar, as well as ICM BDDCs.

‘Final Calculated Grades and Centre Assessed Grades’

The aim of this webinar is to provide guidance to Centre on their role and to learn the process of determining Final Calculated Grades (FCGs), Centre Assessed Grades (CAGs)and share best practice for collecting and retaining evidence of Learner attainment.

By the end of this webinar, attendees will:

·        Know when and why to apply for FCGs and CAGs

·        Understand how ICM work with Centres to determine grades

·        Be aware of the importance of evidence retention in the FCGs and CAG process
